Our Story
Why We Named It "Juur"
Juur means root — and it’s the idea behind everything we build. A great home isn’t just what you see above ground; it’s the foundation, the framing, the details nobody notices until something goes wrong. Juur Dream Home was founded on the belief that if you get the roots right, everything you build on top of them lasts.
Founder Sven Silver leads every project personally as Builder, Developer, and Owner — from the first sketch on a napkin to the final walkthrough. That hands-on approach is why homeowners across Asheville, Hendersonville, Waynesville, and the surrounding WNC region trust Juur Dream Home with their custom builds, additions, remodels, and repairs.
